I have 3 tickets booked in names of people who can't go now but and no real tickets so I think its a names at the door thing.
@cbetta asked for one first on twitter then I have you guys so if @whatleydude and @overpills are definitely up for it then they're all gone :(
but @Evertb and @adonisdemon did reply first but they didn't say yes so I don't know. I'm off out again for a while now so first two who deffo confirms should get them I guess. I'll check in with details when I get back.
@mseckington: @cbetta sent email off asking them to change the names to yours will let you know if I get a reply, if not if you just say you are the other people it should fine. They don't normally check these things.

Are all tickets on your name, or on the others'? If not on your name, it might be wise to send an email with the new names to the organizers.
